Change Confidence is the ethos of C Projects limited.   Formed in 2009 C Projects limited represents over 20 years of Change management and Project management experience attained in Financial Services, Information Services and Technology.

Successfully leading and managing strategic projects and programmes; +£15M budgets, across a wide breadth of business change;  Customer digital interfaces Web and APP, Operational Transformation and Automation, Data centre migrations and 3rd Party system and business integration, to name just a few.

Experienced in mentoring and coaching Change & Project managers; C Projects limited has also developed a Change Management guide in the form of reference Book.  The Book offers guidance, hints and tips and shines a light on successful solution and execution management.

Adopting methodologies such as agile, SAFe, Waterfall, or ‘WAgile’ etc does not guarantee success.   Successful change comes from the delivery wrapper:  Control, Consistency, Commitment and Communication.
